Jumping Jellybeans is a trading name of Sarah Stead Trading Ltd.
This version of the SMS Terms and Conditions came into effect on the 6th October 2025. SMS Terms & Conditions explain how and why we may contact you by text message.
What messages you may receive
We use text messages to support your journey with Jumping Jellybeans. These may include:

Information about your trial, class or event bookings

Reminders and updates relating to your enrolment

Payment links and important class information

Occasional follow-ups or check-ins to support your attendance and experience
We will not use SMS for unrelated marketing.

Cost
Jumping Jellybeans does not charge you for receiving texts. However, your mobile network provider’s standard message rates may apply.
Consent & opt-in

We will only send automated text messages if you have given consent (for example via Facebook Messenger or by ticking the SMS consent box on your registration form).

We keep a record of your consent for compliance purposes.
Opt-out
You can stop automated text reminders and updates at any time by replying STOP.
Please note: we may still contact you personally by text where needed — for example about attendance, payments, or wellbeing.
Safeguarding
All text communication is sent to parents or guardians. We never text children directly.
Data & privacy

Your mobile number and message history are stored securely in line with our Privacy Policy

We will never sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your information at any time.
